Top10MBA.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Top10MBA.com collects  two types of information from our users at several different points on our website:

User Emails

Top10MBA.com collects email addresses with no other form of personally identifiable data from prospective customers that download our free e-report. Use of these email addresses is governed by the email communications section detailed below.

Order

We request information from the user on our order form hosted by either ClickBank.com (for ebook purchases) or PayPal.com for Consulting Services. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date for credit card orders or bank name, account number, and ABA Routing code for online checks). This information is ONLY used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders.

Credit card information is held on ClickBank and/or PayPal servers and never used or accessed by Top10MBA.com. Orders are conducted on ClickBank and/or PayPal servers to ensure a high level of security. Top10MBA.com and ClickBank and/or PayPal employees never have access to your credit card information for online orders.

Email Communications

Top10MBA.com sends no emails to users other than our weekly newsletter (for subscribers only), administrative type email (like those related to site malfunctions, etc), to inform customers about receipt of orders and responses to customer inquiries.

Sharing

Top10MBA.com has no relationships to share information of any sort with any other company. ClickBank.com and PayPal.com process orders for Top10MBA.com. All credit card and personal information is kept confidential by each of them, respectively for ebook and consulting services transactions.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Security

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information.  

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), the information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. The SSL orders are handled through Clickbank.com and/or PayPal.com. Those companies are responsible for transmission and approval of your credit card information. Top10MBA.com never retains your personal credit card information for orders of our e-book or consulting services. Consulting services are processed through PayPal.com. Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will prominently post changes on Top10MBA.com/privacy.html so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Correct/Update Personal Information

You can access, review and/or correct all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by sending an email to change@top10mba.com. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
